VIII. Policy Statement for E-mails

AHEBank is not legally or contractually bound to receive and will not accept and execute any orders or instructions from their clients by e-mail. There is no legal effect in notifying any banking agreement by e-mail. Therefore, do not transmit, buy, sell or cancel orders, address changes, funds transfer requests, account closure orders or other instructions by e-mail.

AHEBank is recommending that its clients use traditional means of communication. The risks associated with communicating by e-mail should be considered. While using e-mail, the client and AHEBank are linked through open, unsecured networks. Neither the confidentiality nor the integrity nor the authenticity of messages can be guaranteed, as e-mails can be easily viewed by persons other than the intended recipients, as you cannot be sure that a message reaches its destination or reaches it without having been altered, and as the sender of a message cannot be identified with certainty. This means there is an increased risk of forgery.
